As a Title 1 school we have many students who only get fed at school and through school lunches. Our goal as chefs and culinary students is to understand the importance of young people learning how to cook, where their food comes from, and how it is grown. This will allow them to make better choices for themselves and families so that no child goes hungry, but also that no child develops eating habits at an early age that will impact their health in the future. Help us teach all of our children the importance of good nutrition.
